Lesley Radocy, R.N.
Chief Nursing Officer, Avista Adventist Hospital
Lesley Radocy, R.N., joined Boulder Memorial Hospital as a staff nurse in 1975. Over the next ten years she became Assistant Manager and then Manager of the Surgical Unit in the late 1980's. During this time she also was a staff nurse at Saint Anthony Central Hospital. In 1990 when Avista Adventist Hospital opened, she became the Director of the Medical-Surgical and Pediatric Units and held that position for 12 years before being named as Chief Nursing Officer in 2002.
Lesley received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Colorado and a Master's in Health Service Administration degree from Saint Joseph's College.She is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the American Society of Health Risk Managers. Lesley serves on local community boards that promote nursing education. Lesley and her husband have one daughter, Rachel.
Lesley is a strong advocate for patient safety and high quality patient care and believes that the nursing and allied health care professions afford an individual the opportunity to make a real difference in the world.
