With “door-to-doc” times that are 85% faster than the national average, Avista’s Emergency Department shortens your wait and lessens your worries.
The minutes between when you enter an emergency department and when you’re seen by a doctor can seem like an endless stretch of waiting and worrying. Nationally, the average amount of time it takes to move from the waiting room to the treatment room is about four hours.
At Avista’s Emergency Department, you’ll typically be seen in less than 30 minutes—immediately if necessary—by doctors and nurses certified at the highest level of emergency medicine.
