Cardiac Rehabilitation is specially
designed to assist those recovering from a cardiac event in their transition back to their activities of daily
living. We help patients reverse
symptoms and maximize cardiac function through programs designed to meet each person's

treatment plan. Participants have the
opportunity to sign up for a one-on-one consultation with our dietician and/or
stress management team. Patients also
meet with an exercise physiologist who creates an exercise prescription
based on physician’s guidance and personal goals and limitations.
